How do you plan to help Brides?

Looking your best on the outside is dependent upon how healthy you are on the inside; I am an expert in detoxification which supports optimal weight, healthy skin and hair, balanced hormones, and a healthy mindset with stress resilience.

What do you love most about living in Montana?

I am an avid outdoors-woman in love with the wildness of Montana. The people here have further enchanted me, as they are a reflection of their natural surroundings; resilient, authentic, open and inspiring.

More about Dr. Wilde

An expert in preventive medicine, and health fundamentals, Dr. Heather Wilde has mastered the high-skill procedures associated with the highest levels of integrative medicine. She has 17 years of experience with integrative oncology, chelation and environmental medicine, orthopedic and aesthetic PRP and stem cell therapies, sports performance optimization, bioidentical hormone replacement, diabetes, heart disease, autoimmune and chronic disease management. With 15 years of practice, her experience has shown that a solid health foundation is critical. You can do IVs, PRP, chelation, and hormone replacement, and none will work optimally if you don’t have a strong nutritional and lifestyle foundation.

Her practice now concentrates on optimizing lifestyle elements – sleep, stress management, exercise, diet, supplementation, mindset, and detoxification.

Dr. Wilde has become a master practitioner of NLP, Coaching, and Hypnosis. She can reprogram the unconscious and unlock her client’s ultimate potential.

80% Magic & 20% Woman

She is an educator, author, speaker, naturalist, traveler, and host of “The Bad Girls’ Guide to Living Well.” She currently splits her time between Montana and California. Her colleagues call her a “naturopathic renegade,” and “eclectic physician.” One of her frenemies gave her the best compliment she ever received: that she is “80% magic, and 20% woman”.  Dr. Wilde has circumnavigated the planet with a backpack, hiked the Grand Canyon nine times, sailed down the Nile, and meditated twice in the queen’s chamber of the great pyramid. She currently travels internationally with different business groups as a wellness consultant and medical advocate and was in Mexico, Costa Rica, and Guatemala in 2021, Peru, Chile and Antarctica in 2022. She was the first woman in history to travel to Antarctica with no supplies and attended the first silent disco on The White Continent. She loves adventure, great conversations, transformative relationships, traveling, reading, puzzles, children, animals, and nature. Her philosophy is that the further our culture gets from nature, the sicker we become. She offers retreats in nature for women to reclaim who they dreamed they would be when they were young and full of big dreams.
