What is your role in MBW?
I lead yoga sessions for the morning of, day after, bachelorette party or wedding family setting the tone for a fun, loving, and joyous wedding weekend. I also coach the bride through personalized fitness and wellness plans designed around her unique goals and desires.
How do you plan to help Brides?
Through healthy movement and exercise, I help the bride train for her big day and most importantly feel confident in her body as she embarks on this new phase of life. My approach to movement incorporates my knowledge from yoga, personal training, and massage.
What do you love most about living in Montana?
Montana is truly a special place. I love the changing seasons, the ability to connect with nature and the slower pace of life.
